Surfbreak Virginia Beach Oceanfront, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The hotel was not a $300 a night hotel in the off season. The general quarters had half ass repair work (holes in the wall at one of the outlets, carpet was coming off the floor at the bathroom, etc..)
