"First time staying here. The property is amazing for families. It’s very safe and secluded with a gated entrance. There plenty to do such as the arcade, movies, pool and activities. However, we were not able to get into our assigned place until 5pm. With 3 kids traveling over 6 hours and dinner plans, this was less than ideal. I’m aware there’s many people checking in at one time, but then there should be some kind of warning that you may not check in at 4 considering people travel far and make...
