"It was amazing, the lobby was beautiful, the grounds outside were also beautiful, the people at the front desk were very helpful & very cheery, always a welcoming smile. The breakfast was amazing."

"The location was close to several eating establishments all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was a little dated but very comfy. The highway was close but you could not hear the vehicle noise. The room was well worth the price."

"Friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would have given all 5 stars throughout if my room had been tidied up each day with new towels every day and beds made. I’ve never ever stayed at a motel before where used towels and cloths are left and new clean ones were not delivered each day. Everything was kept clean, and not making beds would have been acceptable, but not delivering clean towels/cloths each day and not emptying garbage cans is unacceptable. I had to ask for new towels every time...

"Great place to stay! Indoor and outdoor pools would be great for young family. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the pools as well. Loved people watching and listening to the waves from our balcony. One car free parking was an extra bonus and even a 7eleven across the street for snacks! If you’re a Naval buff, the trip to Nauticus in Norfolk was an easy trip from the hotel."
