「Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.」

「It’s a beautiful place but the rooms were fairly average. Nothing special. The shower was the worst part, it was either super hot or cold. Went to a trickle on medium. Couldn’t wash my hair! Also the breakfast buffet was $30 per person and not that great either. If you’re a golfer, you’d love it. Also rained so couldn’t sit by the pool so … eh.」

「Pretty great experience overall. We had a couple issues of the rooms not being stocked with towels or soap when we arrived. But they fixed that. Both toilets had to be fixed while we were there, unlucky I guess. But we really enjoyed the pool, gas grills and convenient location to all the amenities in Williamsburg. Would stay again if we are in the area.」
