More than what you pay for

This hotel is very cheap and a bit run down, but it would be an injustice to say you get what you pay for. I would say it's very good value for the money. Dinner was included in the price, the rooms where modest but adequate and the staff (owners) very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

Kurzfristig gebucht, hat alles bestens geklappt. Hotel-Restaurant zentral gelegen, aber nahe an der Natur. Einfaches Zimmer, funktional eingerichtet, sehr gut geschlafen. Sympathischer Geschäftsfüher (wie auch Eigentümer).

Der var låst dør da vi kom og der så totalt lukket og faldefærdigt ud. Vi ringede til et nummer der stod ved indgangen og blev lukket ind. Vores ene værelse var klar, vores andet værelse hvor der var mindre børn med, blev klar kl 18. Dårlig mad, dårlig vedligeholdelse. Ikke indbydende. Det eneste positive var gode senge og dyner.

Ser övergivet ut, svårt att kommunicera vid incheckning, dåliga sängar, skulle stå en dubbelsäng i rummet vi bokade men det var endast en enkelsäng, död spindel i taket, ägarens hund var bunden utanför i solen utan vatten och skällde kl 07 på morgonen.

Glatt överraskade, rekommenderas!

Vi bokade fyra enkelrum i två nätter då vi skulle på exkursioner i den omgivande trakten. Vår ankomst var sen båda kvällarna men ägaren höll hotellet och restaurangen öppna för oss och han var överlag vänlig och hjälpsam mot oss. Rummen var enkla och rena, inventarierna äldre men funktionella. Överlag hade hotellet en trevlig patina med fysiska minnen av ett större förflutet. Rumstemperaturen var något låg i de yttre rummen men extra värmeelement hade ställts in i dessa rum och höjde upp till önskad värme. Hotellfrukosten var enkel men med tillräckligt omfång, och även med variation mellan morgnarna. Hotellrestaurangen serverade pizzor av god standard och à la carte där särskilt schnitzeln föll oss i smaken. Vi hade läst tidigare recensioner och hade något låga förväntningar, men vi blev glatt överraskade då hotellet höjde sig avsevärt över de negativa delarna av kritiken.
