“A very pleasant stay in a very nice village that we used as our base for a trip to Zermatt (driving to Täsch in the morning). The sofa bed is not the best to sleep on but it works fine for a couple of nights. I couldn’t figure out if there was any kind of ventilation, so it got a little too warm at night in the middle of July, but overall a very good experience, I would love to come back. Saas-Fee is a rather small place and I was a bit worried that everything would be closed since it is summer,……

“We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street. “Overall, it was a nice studio apartment. The only thing is that the sliding doors that lead to the bedroom and bathrooms were quite heavy and opening them was a little uncomfortable. I think it would be better to replace them with ordinary doors with a handle. The location was very nice with beautiful mountain views and a decent amount of shops nearby. ”
