Let me count the ways of disappointment: TV was not working so we had to switch room. The new room smelled of musty: curtains, couch and bedding. Shower-curtain had mole. No towels hand towels provided. Some random many walking the halls tried to follow me into my room. I didn't feel safe. Staff did have housekeeping clean room but forgot towels and new shower-curtain. Room still smelled. Because room curtains smelled musty. Staff said to ask if needed to leave the room to call them for escort. Staff were nice.

We loved our week stay at Vista Inn, clean rooms & comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Refrigerator, microwave & a couch. Location was great. Good night manager, very accommodating and friendly. I would suggest a change of towels every other day if not done daily..parking was great. Would definitely return for the holidays.

Some rooms are well.taken care of, but most of the rooms are in terrible conditions, if you are lucky and give a good impression, you might get one of the better rooms. The guys at front desk are polite.

We stayed in Vista Inn Motel for 12 days and overall our experience was positive. All the staff members were very friendly, the property was clean. The rooms are in average condition, but they just replaced all the furtniture which helped a lot. If you don't mind a level of noise from the nearby street and looking for a budget stay, I would recommend the motel.

The front desk people are super nice, but the room was gross and there are alot of shady characters on the property. When i was walking to my room there was a guy smoking fentynol on tin foil when i turned the corner, the only thing good about this hotel is the location, Ive stayed here alot in the past because of close proximity to my family members but im not doing it again, this is what you would expect if the room was like $50 but for more then double, im good.

All is pretty alright at the Vista Inn

I have stayed at the Vista Inn many times and each time I found it to be very tranquil. The Inn is always quiet and plus they have a decent cable system. In the past I was not very impressed with the front desk staff but since then they have replaced the staff. I was pleased with the gentleman that helped me at the front desk. His customer service skills were top notch and he was most accommodating. I would recommend the Vista Inn to a friend.

I reserved a room for 4 (3kids & I) with 2 beds and we walked in room and walked right out and brought it up immediately to see if I could get a 2 bed room and an extra day at same price..which I was immediately given a new key as I walked in office which was awesome and we where put in the nicest room so far that I've seen and I was asked to please keep it clean which I did and made sure for having great service right away..it may needed a lil sweeping and some floor mopping which I bring cleaners when possible so I did my cleaning as we should in any motel..I've been here many times and this was one of the greatest service ever been.

Everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and nice. The manager, The maintenance man, as well as the housekeeper. They went out of their way to help me. I was alone with my two young children, and they all made me feel safe. I had a really bad experience at another hotel the night before. That was really scary. I just really appreciated having the exact opposite experience at this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a shower that more than drizzled and could not be shut off, management said it would check and solve the problem and never did. The floor felt very grimy and dirty and I finally damped a towel and ran it across the floor and it came up covered in black dirt even after two passes. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, appreciated the fridge and microwave. We were supplied clean towels when needed.

DISGUSTING

Check in on the app was 2:30, we were told check in was at 3. We waited, went back to check in and we were told the room was not ready yet for another 10 minutes. We then waited again and gave them 20 minutes. Went back and the door was locked with no one inside. More people showed up and we were all waiting outside trying to get into the little lobby. The guy comes back and apologizes and gives us our room after an hour of waiting. We go to the room and it’s DIRTY! The bathroom was DISGUSTING, pubic hairs, dirt in the tub, there were little bugs flying everywhere. The painting was peeling off everywhere. The ac unit was nasty, everything just felt gross. Location is very questionable, but I guess I’m no one to judge. Not a family place! And to top it all off I woke up with red bites on my feet and knees. Bed bugs? Not sure, but still a nasty place at that.
