“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！”

“Everything else is good, except there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom”

Following a family tragedy, they took every bit of stress out of finding last minute lodging for a very large group of people. Beyond the lodging, they provided empathy and compassion. “As I checked in the staff member Mr. Henry was checking someone else in. His presentation was of the charts if I didn't want to stay there but by listening to how well he presented to the customer in front of me. I felt more than welcome and was like "yeah I am staying here". Mr. Henry was Awesome. Then when I checked out the black gentlemen (sorry didn't get his name) at desk that night, he was very helpful when checking out. These two staff members were great.”
