「Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

「This was one of the most wonderful stays we have ever experienced. The property was so lovely and beautiful, the owners really made the difference. 「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April.
