Joan also came to our room for us to pay for our add on day from our initial reservation. Krunal was helpful in adding our additional day when I contacted him via email after I booked the original booking on Expedia.com. "Birch tower is a great place to stay if you want convenience. There are multiple hosts offering stays in the same building so keep that in mind. I can tell you this host takes hospitality to heart and is very accommodating to guest needs. She has multiple units, mine had a great view of the city skyline!"

"Die Lage und Aussicht war Super. Das Studio war schmutzig und voller Schaben und Ungeziefer. Pfannen waren mind.10 Jahre alt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Kühlschrank war sauber. Badezimmer schmutzig und nur 1 zerissenes Handtuch, 1 WC-Roole mit nur noch ca. 20 Blatt. Diese Unterkunft kann man nicht empfehlen, denn Niemand kümmert sich um die Gäste."
