「到了晚上突然沒有冷氣,打電話給櫃檯人員,她只是叫我們"open window", 打開窗戶雖然涼爽,但有蚊蟲飛入房間且因飯店鄰近機場,飛機起降及往來車輛吵雜,雖其餘設施不錯,但因這點影響了我們對飯店的觀感.」

「The free wi fi was basically non existent unless you were outside of the lobby doors. The menu for the dinner was horrible, not much to choose from. It would be nice to have vending machines to be able to purchase snacks and non-alcohol drinks. The room was comfortable except for the poor wi-fi and clean and the bed was comfortable.」

「櫃檯人員稍忙碌了」

「服务人员都非常好，去机场的免费巴士很方便」

「Very small, uncomfortable rooms. I couldn’t open my suitcase unless it was on the (very uncomfortable) bed. Bedding and pillows were old and lumpy. Common areas were worn and dusty. This place had a very odd vibe. To its credit they had a decent and reasonable dinner buffet and an airport shuttle van that ran frequently.」

「Highly recommended」

「Excrllent service and location. Cannot find any better Hotel in Aix-en provence like this.」

「冷氣很涼怕熱的人非常適合，房間空間很大.」

「乾淨的客房及服務人員熱忱接待。」

「Hôtel très propre très bien olave」
