Vitrolles Family Hotel

"It's a lovely hotel and the staff were very nice but things could easily be improved. First of all, we were given a key which let us into somebody else's room. Then there was only one set of towels in the room. Also, the cleaner came but hadn't marked away my coffee cup stain on the bedside table. However, the bed and sheets etc were all pristine. The shower is quite far away from the pool, which means people use the pool without showering, and there's no changing room there. There isn't much open nearby on a Sunday evening, even early evening, which they can't do much about. It'd be a great location if you were taking the boat to Corsica but it's quite a long walk to Le Vieux Port (which was okay with us). "

"Dear Hotels Management, I am writing to formally complain about an error with my recent stay on 17/01/26. I specifically booked and paid for a room with breakfast included, as confirmed in my booking confirmation, Itinerary number: 72070141792555. However, upon arrival/at the restaurant, I was informed that my rate did not include breakfast. This is a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for.
