"Great property in a nice and quiet location, in walking distance to city center and restaurants/shops. Room feels luxurious and comfortable, very quiet air-conditioning. Last but not least, breakfast is included with all rooms and it is a very good breakfast where they don’t skimp out on the croissants, baguettes, fruit and cereals. Would absolutely recommend and stay again."

"Third floor walk up room, no elevators!👎 Automatic Access System initially inoperative as could not send texts to US phones. Was able to access manually thanks to remote operator. The next day I was able to chat online and got an Email for access. Thereafter good. Excellent lounge and breakfast well handled by local manager. Very clean overall. Large room but needs more towel holders. Quite a good place if you have a room on the ground floor or first floor."

"Après un très bon accueil, nous avons passé 5 jours au calme dans ce joli petit chalet. Très beau jardin arboré. La residence, située près de deux lacs, propose une belle piscine et un cour de tennis. Nos deux chiens étaient les bienvenus et ont profité des deux paniers mis gentiment à notre disposition. "This is bizarre… The apartments are for .old people’! It’s an old folks home…!! It’s a home for the aged…!!! It’s a retirement home!!!! Even more bizarre…The name of the building on the booking site has nothing to do with the name of the building in Orleans… Please see photo I was looking for quite a while for the building… before I notice the number… and enquired within… The accommodation was fine… but … this is bizarre The area is starting to be a bit run down… … and was a bit worried...

"Fantastic place with large secure garden. We didn’t travel as much as expected because we had trouble dragging the kids out of the pool / away from the games barn. When we did the nearby lake with canoeing, beach and play park was great. Very eclectic location - not luxurious but really well equipped for a self catering family. "

"We booked another hotel to stay in that advertised A/C. They of course did not have it. We found two rooms in this establishment which fit the bill. The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to book here again. "

"Stayed here many times as an Ibis bit seems better managed now it’s under B&B. Ideal stopover. Two comments - the parasols outside have gone. Can they be replaced? Also, breakfast times were advised as 6am every day when we checked in. However on Sunday morning we were told it was actually 06:30 but as everything was laid out he turned on the lights and welcomed us in a friendly manner at 06:05. Please can we get clarity that we will always have a breakfast at 6am on a Sunday as it’s important for getting on with our early morning drive to the tunnel. No complaints - just some clarity. Thank you again for another clean friendly autoroute break. The dog was very happy as well. "
