"Our short two night stay was great, from start to finish we were looked after, the hotel arranged our airport transfer, with the Hotel being located in a pedestrian only area we were met by a golf buggy to transport our luggage, we followed on foot (a short walk), the bar/restaurant outside the hotel had great food and drinks, good for breakfast (with a 10% discount). We were picking up out yacht charter at the ACI Marina and the hotel arranged transported us and our luggage to the Marina, with no charge.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean, great staff and great location"
"Comfortable hotel not far from old town. Rooms comfortable but on small side. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a muddle over our booking by Expedia. Nothing outrageous but Expedia did nothing to assist resolution. Only small negative was a request for slightly later checkout was denied. Breakfasts ample and tasty."
"The location of the property is superb! Just downstairs from the property are the shops and restaurants. The unit is very clean. The shower space though is quite small."
"Lovely small hotel a short walk from old town of Trogir. Room was spacious and clean. Pillows were quite firm. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items available. I gave this hotel only 4 stars because they supplied only a thin sheet on the bed for a cover at night. No duvet or blanket in the room. Perhaps you could get one if you asked before going to bed, but we did not think of that at the time. The other hotels we stayed at in Croatia all had a summer weight duvet. This hotel may want to consider leaving a blanket in the spacious closet for their guests to use if they need it. We had the AC at 25C (77F) and were still cold with only the provided sheet. The street outside (we were at the front, nice view but lots of traffic) was too noisy to turn AC off and open the window (unless you are a very sound sleeper).
Keep in mind when booking that there is no guest elevator. Our room was on the third floor. If you have difficulty with stairs you should make a point of requesting a lower floor."
"Located in beautiful, historic Trogir (just outside Split), Hotel Monika is an absolute treasure. The 15th-century building is stunning and beautifully modernized, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, and the staff's hospitality is unmatched. Absolutely loved the garden terrace breakfast. Our must-stay for our next trip to Croatia!"
