De kamer was netjes. Echter het merendeel van het personeel is wat afstandelijk, voor ons hoeft het niet zo koel en zakelijk te zijn als gezin. Een dikke min vinden we het ontbreken van een lift, vooral als je met een grote zware koffer arriveert. De dienstlift wordt geweigerd, de trap op zeulen ...
