"Always a warm welcome"

"the hotel -1470's building- beautiful, enchanted, fairy tale place, the room very spacious, beautiful decorate(back on romantic' times) bathroom was comfortable,- not shower, only bathtub- but clean, large. I love the hotel, goes with the atmospheres of the city. we love it. the only complain is the day we arrived-Nov 9-2026- the front desk lady was very rude and unfriendly-she must have been having a bad day, because when we see her the next day, she turned out to be pleasant. however, our arrival left us with a bad impression, I believe that hotel staff need to show more empathy and patience, when guest arrive, we have just come off a flight of over 12 hours-nearly 24 hours without sleep- and they are the very first impression we get of the country/city. With that exception of that incident-which I believe is important to mention as constructive criticism- everything else was fantastic and I highly recommend the hotel."
