This holiday home for 13 guests offers a comfortable and pet-friendly retreat in Peroj, just 800 meters from the beach and 100 meters from local restaurants and shops. Designed for large groups and families, this villa provides free WiFi, a private fenced swimming pool, and multiple terraces for relaxation. Whether you're enjoying the sun, dining outdoors, or exploring nearby attractions, this home ensures a memorable stay.

Inside, the ground floor features two fully equipped kitchens with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, two living/dining rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds, along with two bathrooms with showers and toilets. The first floor offers two additional kitchens, two living/dining rooms, three bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed, and two bathrooms. The attic includes two more bedrooms with twin beds and an extra bathroom, making this villa ideal for large gatherings. Super sauber, Sehr freundliche Vermieter

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde und der Vermieter hat jeden Tag in der früh die Terrasse und den Pool gereinigt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Preis/Leistung war sehr gut.
