Great rustic charm and unique setting that felt like a small castle. Dimitris is always communicating to questions and fully keeps you informed before arriving. Lots of rooms with great artwork. But the patios and the views are the showstopper. And the village is the best in the whole region.

Makrinitsa und Umgebung erkunden.Das Haus liegt wunderbar, toller Ausblick, mittendrin und trotzdem ein unglaublich ruhiger Ort.Der Koffer sollte für den Fußweg nicht zu schwer sein, muss teilweise getragen werden.

Μια ξεχωριστή διαμονή στη γραφική Μακρυνίτσα

Είναι από τα μέρη που μένεις μια φορά και το θυμάσαι για πάντα. Πρόκειται για ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι που χτίστηκε δύο αιώνες πριν, άρα δεν μπορείς να περιμένεις όλες τις σημερινές ανέσεις. Όμως ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει φροντίσει να μη λείπει τίποτα. Μπορεί να χρειάζεται να σκύβεις στις πόρτες ή να πρέπει να προσέχεις στις σκάλες, αλλά έτσι κατασκευάζονταν τότε τα αρχοντικά, αυτό δεν αλλάζει. Το εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι από τα περισσότερα παράθυρα μπορείς να απολαύσεις την θαυμάσια θέα του Παγασητικού όπως και από τον μεγάλο εξωτερικό χώρο που είναι ιδιωτικός. Όλα αυτά περίπου δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Επίσης, η θέρμανση λειτουργεί ικανοποιητικά ενώ θα ήταν παράλειψη να μην αναφερθούν οι πολλοί καλόγουστοι πίνακες που κοσμούν τους τοίχους. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα για όσους ζητούν κάτι διαφορετικό από τα συνηθισμένα καταλύματα.

Des vues magnifiques, un confort limité

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette maison. Points positifs : La communication avec l'hôte à toujours été excellente. Les vues depuis les terrasses sont exceptionnelles. Le village est ravissant. La maison est une demeure ancienne qui offre une expérience originale. Points négatifs : le stationnement est situé à au moins 10 minutes de la maison et est extrêmement difficile au mois d'août car le village est très touristique. Le déchargement des bagages et des courses est donc rendu difficile. Le premier niveau de la maison (cuisine, salle à manger, salon) est très sombre et sent un peu le renfermé. Les plafonds et encadrements de portes sont très bas, certains, pour accéder aux salles de bains, sont inférieurs à 1m70. Il y a 3 escaliers différents dans la maisons pour accéder aux différentes chambres. Cela peut être compliqué pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes à mobilité réduite. Les 2 salles de bains/toilettes de l'intérieur de la maison sont situées dans 2 des chambres. Cela rend les choses compliquées pour les occupants de la 3eme chambre, notamment la nuit même s'il existe d'autres toilettes mais ils sont situés à l'extérieur de la maison. En conclusion, nous avons mis un peu de temps à nous habituer aux contraintes de la maison mais nous avons finalement passé un bon séjour. Nous aurions aimé avoir des informations plus précises sur ces contraintes avant de réserver la maison, c'est pourquoi nous les partageons ici.

Super verblijf in Makrinitsa!

Heel leuk om in mooi, authentiek bergdorp te verblijven. Gezellig plein met talrijke lekkere eetgelegenheden. Ruim, oud maar authentiek (art)huis, dus inderdaad wel vrij volgestouwd met allerlei kunst, veel trappen en niet zo heel praktische indeling. Super mooi gelegen, Erg genoten van de terras(sen) met schitterend uitzicht over Volos en de baai! Dimitris was zeer behulpzaam bij aankomst en gaf heel veel nuttige tips voor exploratie van Pilion.

Charmante maison d’artiste avec vue magnifique

Quelle belle maison atypique et charmante avec ses recoins et ses étages, décorée avec les œuvres d’art du papa de Dimitris. Magnifique vue depuis les terrasses qui sont joliment aménagées et invitent à la contemplation ! Dimitris a été très accueillant, sympathique et nous a donné plein de conseils de visites pour notre séjour. La maison est située au cœur du village juste à côté de la place principale et tous ses petits restaurants. Ambiance typique et locale assurée! Merci Dimitris de la part de toute la famille!

wonderful stay

This is a very special house, a period property with incredible views. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, yet we were very close to the central square and to some great restaurants. The host was brilliant - very good communication, friendly, thoughtful touches in the house to make our stay comfortable. Many thanks!

Quelle bel appartement à Makrinitsa !!!

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce très bel appartement de Makrinitsa. L'espace pour les locataires est très grands et surtout décoré avec beaucoup de créations artistiques (l'hiver cet appartement est une galerie d'art). Notre locataire, Dimitris, est très disponible et surtout très gentil. Nous avons passé deux semaines en Grèce (entre Thessaloniki et le Péloponnèse) et c'est cet appartement que nous avons préféré. Hébergement atypique dans un village magnifique.

Très bel endroit interdit aux véhicules, maison ancienne avec sa petite rue "privée" et ses terrasses dominant la ville de Volos, la mer et au loin les montagnes. Très bon accueil et très agréable séjour.
