O primeiro contratempo foi no check in, pois disseram que a reserva era para 1 pessoa e queriam cobrar diferença de valor. O quarto tinha um cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro e estava com vazamento. Não era possível utilizar o carregador do celular com a luz acesa, pq ela ficava piscando, tipo um mal contato. A maçaneta do quarto saiu na minha mão.

As funcionárias são excelentes o ar condicionado estava bom ,o espaço é bom mas...precisa de melhoria para os clientes Não há copos para beber água, se precisar de um talher também não tem disponível não é permitido usar o fogão. Tudo isso deve estar na descrição da pousada

O quarto e aconchegante, tudo bem limpinho e organizado, só o frigo bar do quarto que estava funcionando mas tudo bem e no site dizia que o chek in era até às 23:00 mas quando chemos lá por volta das 20:30 já tinha mais ninguém mas entrei em contato e fui super bem atendida. Fora isso estava tudo perfeito ...

Tivemos uma péssima experiência. Ao chegar para o check-in no dia 02/07/2025, encontramos o quarto extremamente sujo, com lençóis manchados e banheiro em péssimas condições. Simplesmente não havia condições de permanência. Nenhum dos membros da nossa equipe ficou hospedado. Para piorar, a responsável pela pousada expulsou uma das nossas colegas de forma grosseira e se recusou a devolver o dinheiro, mesmo sem termos utilizado o serviço. Ficamos na rua com as malas procurando outro hotel de última hora. Não recomendamos. Falta de higiene, acolhimento e respeito com o cliente.
