View was phenomenal and there was a hike to a waterfall a few minutes away, breakfast was good a lot of nice options including fresh baked bread and the staffs uniform brung the whole place together

Please never renovate! This property was built in 1960 and the mid century modern vibes are impeccable! Comfortable beds, good breakfast, well priced gift shop. And then there's that view!

Enjoyed the room stay along with the view, however breakfast buffet was nothing special. We did enjoy ala carte dinner, however in the morning front desk advised we had the full buffet charged to our room. Fortunately we had paid for our dinner separately thus had proof of dinner however the hotel staff in dining room needs to check more closely with their customers that the correct room is being charged (by checking actual key .# or other). This was a very negative ending to an otherwise lovely

Great view, that should be the only thing you book this for. Don’t count on out of this world food. In fact, I would say it’s well below average, especially for the price point at dinner. The cocktails are very good; I recommend the Viking Mule. Overall, 10/10 views and cocktails, 4/10 on everything else. Well worth one night though.

Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a hotel with a better view. It's just breathtaking! The hotel was gorgeous and historical. My only feedback would be that the rooms need some modernization.
