Hytteleilighet i 70-tallsstil, godt renholdt! Gammelt toalett. Mulighet for å kjøpe enkel mat fra felles kjøkken, lage egne måltid på kjøkkenet. Ligger flott til oppi fjellet, 20 min fra Voss sentrum. Perfekt beliggenhet for fjellturer👍🙂

Calme et agréable

L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et possède un environnement très calme et agréable entouré par la nature et les cascades. La route pour y accéder est assez sinueuse mais faisable avec une voiture moyenne en roulant doucement. Nous n'avons pas profité du dîner ou du petit déjeuner.

Johanna was a wonderful host, very kind and a splendid chef ! We strongly recommend to have dinner in Rongastovo and to enjoy the different well decorated rooms of the hotel. Veien innover er svært dårlig, vertfall for en som kjører en "sportsversjon" med 20" hjul. Om en har en høy 4x4 er det sikkert flott. Dårlig/ingen dekning for mobil. Rom var ok, skikkelig hytte standard. Eier virker hyggelig og imøtekommende men alt i alt synes jeg prisen var noe dyr i forhold til plassering. Dette kunne vi selvfølgelig sjekket på forhånd, noe vi ikke gjorde. Kommer nok ikke tilbake men om du elsker hyttestand og natur og du kjører en høy bil så er dette plassen for deg.

I'm so glad we stumbled onto this hidden gem - it's in a very remote location, with a slightly harrowing drive down some one-lane mountain roads, but it is more than worth it once you're there. In an impossibly beautiful setting surrounded by mountains and streams, this charming and rustic spot was one of the highlights of our time in Norway. I missed it the second we left. If you appreciate a gorgeous, quiet spot out in nature, do yourself a favor and spend some time here!

Отель очень понравился. Для тех кто хочет уединения с природой и своими мыслями, именно то что нужно. До ближайшего магазина 20км)))) Но есть кухня где можно готовить. Вообщем понравилось очень. Жаль что были только одну ночь. Можно пойти в горы на ночлег.

It is a beautiful old house surrounded by trees, mountains and cascades. The route from Voss to there is beautiful. The owners attend personally and help is from neighbors so it is a very integrated local bussiness. Room is big as well as restroom and shower. Has view to the mountains. Everything is clean. There is a common kitchen very useful. Downstairs there are tables and living rooms so cozy and quite that you want to stay there and read a good book or have a nice talk. Lots of hiking nearby. Very close to Bergen and Flam. Fully recommended!

Kom seint og reiste tidleg. Fint bad, litt kjedeleg rom men god plass. Berre mobildekning i eine enden av bygget, (inngangen). Rikeleg men litt kjedeleg frukost, lite for allergikarar. Hyggeleg vertskap. Rask innsjekking. Flott utgangspunkt for fjellturar både vinter og sommar. Koseleg interiør.

Vi kom ganske seint og eieren lot nøkkelen ligge i resepsjonen. Det var rent på rommet og badet. Vi kunne velge å ta frokost med oss eller bestille på hotellet. Det finnes en kjøkken med kjøleskap og alt annet nødvendig i samme etasje. Vi valgte frokost på hotellet/hytta og den var ok. Det eneste som kan trekke ned er at det var ganske lytt, så vi kunne høre folk i naborommet snakke. Ikke forvent storby hotell, men en ok hyttestandard og du blir ikke skuffet.

Surprising Mountain Hotel With a Pretty View

Hotel is about 22km or 25 minutes south of Voss, with about half the road being one lane for two-way travel. Pay attention to where the wide spots are. Farms and woods along the way. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel at the end of the paved road. Had lovely views from the big dining room. Our room could have slept seven, with two twins together, a sofa, and four fun bunks in the wall. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quiet. The hotel is on a key hiking trail so groups of friends and family start there or pass through. Breakfast was extra. Nice folks.

Great guest house

This stay was a pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely helpful, the place was really spotless and the mountain view proved to be one of the most spectacular landscapes we had ever seen.
