Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. When we checked in, they said they had an upgraded room for us at no extra charge. It was massive and had all the amenities even a bidet. Our friends from the Esplanade came over to visit us and we’re quite impressed because they didn’t even have coffee in their room and they paid more. Their breakfast is extensive and was included. We also had a dinner at their restaurant which was fantastic. Definitely recommend."
