Spacious, comfortable and peaceful stay
My group of friends and I stayed at Yves' place for about a week, and we had a wonderful time! The accommodation itself was very tidy when we arrived, and the easy check-in process made for a smooth start of our holiday. Additionally, the house was incredibly spacious, and we had plenty of room and amenities to enjoy our days we had to spend inside due to unfortunate weather conditions. On days we did manage to catch some sun we explored the surrounding area, which is beautiful. The close proximity of nature made the atmosphere of the place feel very peaceful, and we went for walks through the forest very often as they were right on our doorstep. Furthermore, communicating with Yves was a pleasure; he accommodated us wonderfully, and we couldn't have asked for a better host ;) Thanks again!

Week-End en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Malgré le temps très pluvieux, nous avons passé du bon temps à l'intérieur qui est très spacieux. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description sur le site. Un petit bémol concernant l'isolation. A cause des fortes pluies, nous avons constaté des infiltrations dans la véranda et dans la grande salle,sous la verrière.

Geräumiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung
Wir hatten mit der Großfamilie eine gute Zeit in dem geräumigen Haus. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, moderne Bäder, eine große Küche -- die gern auch etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein dürfte -- und mehrere Sofas sowie eine Tischtennisplatte im Windergarten. Wir waren es sehr zufrieden. Das Dorf und die nährere Umgebung sind sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen See, einen Bach und einen Spielplatz. Für Einkauf sowie Unternehmungswille ist man auf Fahrzeuge angewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Yves war allzeit sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Gite soacieux et agréable
Tres bon séjour de 2 nuits. Dommage pour la tonde de la pelouse à 7h50 alors que les 3/4 dorment encore. Sinon très bien dans ce beau village de Sugny. Chambre spacieuse, cuisine et aménagement ok. Quelques réparations à effectuer mais ok et très bien dans l'ensemble. Tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire et voisins sympathiques. Wifi disponible, draps de lit disponibles. A recommander pour de grands groupes.

Wonderful stay
We were here for a (to short) weekend.. the stay was wonderfull, we love to be in the Ardennes and this house is just textbook that. Inside and out were great. Only the garden was a bit smaller than expected but still it was what you need. We went on a trip to Buhan, only 10 minutes away, where you can make the most beautiful walks. Communication was great.. we even disturbed Yves in a meeting but he didn't mind 😂 Would love to com back sometime!

Très beau gîte

Location parfaitement adaptée à un groupe d’amis. Très bon séjour.
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gîte. Rez de chaussée spacieux et adapté à une personne à mobilité réduite. Quelques problèmes d’électricité et d’ouverture des fenêtres. Il manque de grands plats pour les repas. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine!

Fijn verblijf gehad.
Fijn verblijf gehad met de hele familie, keuken was goed uitgerust en goede bedden. De enige opmerking was dat de akoestiek beneden beter kon, zeker als je er met veel volk (inclusief luidruchtige kindjes) zit en de gordijnen waren niet verduisterend, wat een probleem gaf bij het in slaap krijgen van de kleintjes. Voor de rest alles prima in orde.

Très chouette gîte, bonne communication. Facilité pour arriver et partir. Les lits étaient prêts. Espace bien grand pour accueillir tt le monde. Jardin un peu petit, manque du matériel de cuisine. Je conseille la ballade des sorcières à partir de l église et qui se termine devant le gîte. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci

Très satisfait mais soucis au niveau chauffage
Très très difficile d'avoir une température correcte , le thermostat s'arrête régulièrement et nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à atteindre les 19 degrés , impossible de ne pas allumer le chauffage au bois et même comme ça , max 21. Pour le reste gites très bien équipé. Il manque un système de fermeture des WC et salle de bain.

Le Boulangerie voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Alles was aanwezig wat nodig is om een gezellig familievakantie te hebben. Grote ingerichte keuken met alle nodige toestellen, mooie en ruime kamers op eerste en tweede verdieping met mooie badkamer en gezellig houtvuur voor een gezellige avond. Heel rustige ligging en perfect gelegen om prachtige wandelingen te maken in de bossen rondom. En bovenop heel vriendelijke huisbaas die steeds bereikbaar is.

Zeer goede communicatie met eigenaar
Wij hebben het kerstweekend doorgebracht in het huis. Alles was zeer proper en contact met de eigenaar was vlot verlopen. Het huis voor met 24 is wat moeilijk omwille van het sanitair, er is maar 1 douche en toilet gerenoveerd en de andere 2 badkamers zijn toch dringend aan renovatie toe. Waardoor het douchen van 24 man niet snel verloopt. De slaapkamers zijn zeer ruim en de bedden zijn zeer goed. De openhaard is zeker een pluspunt! Maar de inkomhal en leefruimte (beneden) mogen toch wat opgefrist worden (stopcontacten hangen los uit de muur, soms lang zoeken voor de juiste schakelaar aangezien de verlichting in de inkom bediend moet worden). Misschien ook een tip om de borden en eetserviezen te voorzien van een dichte kast. Maar de sfeer maak je zelf en deze was er zeker aanwezig! We hebben een zeer fijn weekend gehad. Bedankt Yves!

Beste Dennis, Dank U voor uw commentaar en terechte opmerkingen. Ik ben blij dat U hebt genoten van het beddengoed en de open haard. Ik ben het ermee eens dat sommige dingen nog moeten worden gerenoveerd. Het is de bedoeling om beneden een gloednieuwe badkamer te maken en 2 toiletten toe te voegen in februari van dit jaar. Ik hoop dat U de mogelijkheid hebt om ervan te genieten tijdens een toekomstig verblijf in het huisje en om de sfeer terug te brengen :-). Dank U, Dennis en familie.

De verlichting 2/3 functioneert niet qua privacy geen gordijn tussen living en veranda en s’nachts bloot naar de gelijkvloerse wc de louverdrapes langs de straat van voor Christus Kort samengevat geen vakantiewoning waard In het vervolg terug met Ardennes etapes

Het is jammer dat U niet hebt genoten in tegenstelling tot alle andere: zie andere opmerkingen. Ik accepteer graag constructieve opmerkingen, maar dat is hier duidelijk niet het geval. Ik geef U de toestemming dat de jaloezieën moeten worden vervangen: we zullen het verhelpen. De badkamer op de eerste verdieping werd volledig gerenoveerd in 2019: zie foto's. En die van de gelijkvloers zal in February zijn. Om de lampen om te zetten is het noodzakelijk om de schakelaar in te zetten :-). Ik hoop dat U uw geluk zult vinden bij Ardennes Etape.

Gîte très confortable et fonctionnel
Ce gîte est particulièrement bien conçu pour un grand groupe. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons bien apprécié le feu ouvert. Le propriétaire est très compréhensif et honnête. Je recommande cette location et en plus la région est magnifique ! Merci !

Ruim, landelijk, goed geregeld
Wij hebben met het Paasweekend voor de 2e keer verbleven in dit huis. De 1e keer is ons erg goed bevallen dus hebben we besloten om er nog eens heen te gaan. Alles was wederom prima geregeld en het contact met de eigenaar was goed. Zeker een aanrader voor grote groepen!

Zeer ruime woning met veel capaciteiten.
Zeer ruime en verzorgde woning, er zijn veel verschillende ruimtes aanwezig. De woning biedt heel wat mogelijkheden, in de keuken is alles aanwezig voor een grote groep mensen. Boven zijn er 5 slaapkamers met elk voldoende privacy.

Une maison idéale pour un groupe, agréable, bien équipée, lits et literie impeccables.
La localisation est parfaite, dans un village tranquille avec en plus un jardin de jeux pour les petits, de magnifiques balades aux alentours, la ville de Bouillon à une demi-heure de route, nous avons passé un weekend ensoleillé inoubliable, merci.

Big family happiness in a large and beautiful country house in Sugny
With my extended family of almost 20 people (including many children) we recently spent 7 days in this beautiful country house in Sugny. Unlike the photographs, we found the house very spacious inside and on the grounds. We adults and the children felt very comfortable in the house these days. We could easily prepare food there, eat the food inside or on the premises. The children could stay everywhere well and safely and we adults could grill, have a nice chat or play table tennis. In the village itself and in the surrounding area we were able to do a lot and spent a varied time. As a homeowner, Yves was always available to us as a very nice, obliging and helpful partner when dealing with the house or for leisure activities. We plan to spend our holidays there again next year. Therefore I can only recommend the country house to you warmly. Greetings, T.

Très belle prestation
Un week-end entre amis au début du mois de juin. Groupe de 18 cyclistes. Fonctionnel, d'une remarquable propreté et doté d'un très bon équipement, le gîte de la Boulangerie est à l'image de son propriétaire : excellent ! Le gîte est donc excellent et le niveau de prestations est conforme à ce qui est attendu. A découvrir sans hésitation.

Ruim, gezellig,goed verzorgd
Onze vriendengroep heeft het Hemelvaart weekend in dit huis gespendeerd. Alles was prima geregeld en het verblijf zag er netjes uit. In de omgeving waren er ook genoeg avontuurlijke activiteiten te doen. We zouden er zeker nog eens overnachten!

Een heerlijk huis voor een grote groep
Dit huis is perfect voor een grote groep omdat er zoveel ruimte is. De keuken is goed geïnstalleerd, de bedden zijn comfortabel, de zitruimte is voorzien van voldoende ruime zetels rond een open haard. Alles is aanwezig voor een gezellig weekend. Het huis ligt aan de rand van het bos. Je kan hier eindeloos wandelen, korte en lange wandelingen, allemaal goed bewegwijzerd. Het dorp heeft ook nog een café dat open is (!) Les Colombes - heerlijk na een lange tocht - en een kruidenierswinkeltje waar je ook brood kunt bestellen.

Very well equipped gîte for long walks in the Ardennes
Gîte La boulangerie was perfect for our group of 15 people. We really enjoyed the spacious living room with comfortable seats (enough for everyone) and 360° fireplace. All is there for cooking: large pots, big cooking fire, large refrigerator. The surroundings are superb for long walks in the forest. The host is very correct and responds quickly to all questions. We also liked that we could bring our dogs. Tip: the "boulangerie" is sadly closed ;-) but you can order fresh bread and croissants in the local shop around the corner.

Mooie ruime woning
Weinig geld voor een goed verzorgde en mooie ruime woning in het centrum van Sugny. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurder. Klein en rustig dorpje en een mooie omgeving om bijvoorbeeld te wandelen en te kajakken.

Dank U, Maries, voor uw commentaar. We hebben elkaar niet gezien maar contakten waren gemakkelijk en ik heb oefeningen maken met mijn Nederlands :-)

Très bien
Tout y est pour un grand groupe - il y a assez de chaises - tables - couverts etc ...Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille. La literie est TOP !
