“We had a problem - the owner claimed that he does not cooperate with the Vrbo app and that he does not have any reservation in my name. We were forced to return home because we had nowhere to sleep. We contacted your customer service which after several calls and time managed to return the partial amount that we paid. Which we think is not ok.
