lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end.

Das Appartementhotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist etwas unpersönlich aber funktionell.Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und dezent ausgestattet.Man kann seine Privatsphäre sehr gut wahren, ist nicht gestört durch andere Bewohner, obwohl es an die 100 Appartements gibt.

Great location (once we found it, google map link was to the wrong place). Good access to small beach area, mini supermarkets and nice restaurants.
