“Visto che parliamo di un Radisson Blu, la struttura è leggermente al di sotto dei loro standard. Tuttavia le camere sono ampie, nuove e pulite e la colazione varia e molto buona. ”

“Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed.”

“L'hotel est assez petit et n'a pas de reception. Mais tout est bien organisé pour que le checkin fonctionne parfaitement et simplement. On reçoit un code d'accès pour le portail, la porte d'entrée et la chambre, et quelques explications. L'hôtel est récent, meublé et décoré de façon très moderne et avec goût. La chambre quadruple est spacieuse et confortable. Tout est propre et bien aménagé. Le frigo pourrait être un peu plus grand, et un distributeur dans l'hotel ne serait pas un luxe car il……

“Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled,toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus……

“We landed late in Naples only to realise the hotel I had originally booked was the wrong dates (my fault). Managed to find this little gem while in the queue at Passport Control and within the hour, Ciro was on his way to pick us up for half the price of an airport taxi. The room was lovely, with a huge balcony and a beautiful pool. It’s only a small B&B but perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. “We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect.”

This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food.
