"This is a fairly new hotel with good amenities like a pool, hot tub, exercise machines. It was clean, breakfast was good, and it felt safe. Everything was up to date and attractive The only complaints that I have are that there are no bedside tables and electrical sockets on the outside sides of the 2 queen size bed room we stayed in. Fortunately, we brought along an extension cord and I moved the office chair from the desk to my side of the bed. This is inconvenient for anyone wanting a bedside table to rest their glasses, set a CPAP or monitoring device on. I do not know if other rooms such as the 1 king size bed rooms lack a bedside table. My other complaint is that the lighting over the bathroom sink was inadequate for putting on makeup. While attractive, the lighting did not provide adequate light. However, I would recommend the hotel, especially to anyone who wanted to make use of the amenities."

"The staff are great, helpful and friendly: A+. The motel's condition was clean but old: B+. The breakfast was mediocre-- acceptable, but not something to get up for in the morning: C. The coffee and tea were subpar, as were the eggs: D. But the waffles and toppings were great: A. And there was fresh fruit and the standard toast, yogurt, oatmeal, boxed cereals and pastries, not great, but acceptable: B."

"Everything was easy to access for our weekend stay. We even took out the chairs for sitting around the fire in 40 degree weather. The star gazing was fantastic too. "

"I had a relaxing retreat from civilization in the Wrangler Outlaw Suite at Cody's Ranch. The suite is beautifully designed, with large sleeping/living space and large bathroom, perfect for 1 or 2 people, or cozier for a couple more on the sleeper sofa. All ADA accessible. The main room has a vaulted wood ceiling, queen bed, and lots of comfy seating. I enjoyed the large bathroom with over-sized jet bathtub and large shower with 4 extra jets. The private deck with rocking chair was my favorite thing about the unit - view of sunset over rolling hills. The kitchen is not typical, but sufficient. Small counter with sink and air fryer/toaster oven combo. Upper shelves hold microwave, toaster, and small electric burner. The are sufficient pots and pans, dishes and eating/cooking utensils. If you want to cook, the best option is the outdoor side-by-side gas grill/griddle combo. I really enjoyed making eggs and pancakes on the griddle every morning, and grilling burgers for lunch or dinner. Ed lives on site and was available and very helpful.Lots of good walking/ATV trails on the property, and animals to see. Lots more nearby ATV trails. I plan to rent an ATV nearby next time! The Wrangler Outlaw Suite is the upper rental unit, and there is also a lower unit, which is designed to hold a lot more people. Thank you, Ed, for a great visit!"
