“Breakfast was not able to be provided to us to try it. After 45 minutes after ordering and waiting for it and new people came in and ordered - they would get what we ordered or said they did not order that and never came back to our table after we seen it done twice. We got up and left.”

“This hotel is new and the staff do not seem to have been properly trained in customer service. The room was not clean when we arrived and it was an hour and a half after check in. We waited more than 30 minutes to get into our room and then it was not what we’d booked. There are no amenities in the room, not even tissues. The soaps are anchored to the wall and they were all empty.”

“The room was cozy and clean and the bathroom spacious. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had real sausage! Wish the warming trays were working, as thr omelets and sausage were cold, but they also served good fruit. Would stay here again!”

“Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.”

“This was one of the sketchiest motel experiences of my life. From the moment I pulled into the lot, I knew I was in for an experience of a lifetime. The check in process was a bit iffy - the lady reached into the exterior mailbox and pulled out and handed me a key. I didn’t have to sign or do anything digitally. The room was definitely not cleaned recently - smelled, floor was filthy, and counter disgusting. I tried using the bathroom, but the door fell off the hinges because it was missing the……
