Very adequate and decent facilities. No complaints. Just not 5 star. A little pricey. Hard to get to the facility & parking. Not exactly off of a main road. But nothing terrible. Breakfast was fine, not amazing. Solid experience. Would return for better rates.

Th This motel is very conveniently located right behind the grocery store. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient during check-in. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel website shows a hot tub, however it has been permanently removed. The toilet ran, the towels were tethered. The bathroom door bolt did not engage. The main door did not seal completely. The window blinds did not close completely, thus allowing excess light in. The hotel is nestled between the highway, a soybean field and the back of a grocery store. The small, noisy elevator is overdue for inspection by more than 6 months. Okay hotel for a contractor looking for 6 to 8 hours of cheap sleep, that's all.

The staff were so helpful. I wanted an early check in and all though they could guarantee an early check in they were able to let me check in early and even called me to let me know the room was ready and checked me in over the phone so i was able to pick up my key and go right to my room. It was a late night out for me and when I inquired a late check out the staff once an were very accommodating and provided me with a 1pm check out instead of the normal time which was so appreciated.

I think it one time does Hotel was very nice. It is now run down quite a bit. It’s not terrible but it’s expensive for what you get. Our room smelled really bad of mold. Things in the bathroom or falling down.

Amazing service on Motorcycle Road Trip
Dryer was not working so the attendant dried our items using their facilities units. Way above and beyond for service. When I went down to get them she had even folded them. Downside is, like other hotels, they have dismantled their hot tub thus leaving only the regular poor.

Difficult to find and very odd to drive through a bunch of parking lots to get to motel. Need to update pictures. Hot tub is no longer in use. It’s completely cemented over. Rooms have an odor to them. Staff friendly.

Beware fraudulent smoking charges on your bill!!!
The hotel was acceptably clean for how dated it is, and the staff was polite. Bring your own towels if you want something relatively soft after the shower. The worst part of the stay was after returning home to find that a fraudulent $250 charge was tacked on to my bill. I have never smoked in any hotel room I have ever stayed at.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because there was a hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub was drained.

There was dirty linen on the floor in the corner of the room when we checked in. The beds were perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I imagine that prisoners in third world countries have more comfortable sleeping accommodations. For the price of the room, one would think that the basic amenities would at least be covered. The only saving grace is that the staff were friendly. I will never return and would recommend anyone visiting the area to avoid.

I requested a change in booking before the deadline and was passed back & forth between Expedia and the hotel until the deadline passed and then was refused the adjustment. The staff was rude, lied about the adjustment made.

We went for on overnight stay and to visit a local event. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently close by. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel checking was very friendly. Lobby and first impression of facility below average and in need of up date. Room also in poor condition... curtains would not even close. Lady at the service desk said we should use the clips on our hangers in our room to hold the curtains together... she said that's what most people do. So it's not a new problem! Room did not smell fresh at all. Cracks in the tile in the bathroom and wallpaper coming off the wall. Would not recommend or come to this facility again. Breakfast foods were not warm as well.

Breakfast offering was disappointing. No waffles or pancakes, boiled eggs, little choice of cereals, yogurt. The worst/cheapest setup I’ve seen. Cale tv programs were few/cheap. No Fox News.

The Hotel is very oddly located, difficult to find and get too. The Breakfast room was very small and the food was a little below the fine food you usually find at Holiday Inn Express.
