“bed: very comfy, extra blanket was helpful. Coffee maker *also dispenses hot water!! Kitchen set up - well equipt (microwave and electric skillet). Ceiling and barn doors are cool. Walking to all Magnolia shopping. Road noise and train whistle evident, hence 4 stars.”

“The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very warm and cozy inside and only a few blocks away from the silos. It was a perfect stay for my family of three (4 year old and 38 week pregnant wife)! We had a wonderful lunch at Cafe Homestead that I recommend enough. We were very pleased with our stay and looking for to our next!”

“The house was clean.The internet is terrible. It kept losing service throughout our stay. On our last day there, the lock box didn’t work. I’m not sure if it was because of the internet. We tried contacting the host by calling the two phone numbers they left in the guest book and also via the VRBO app. We did not hear from anyone for over 6 hours! We called and texted and were extremely annoyed that this was how we had to spend our last day there after only staying there for five days. I thought……

“Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. Also the floors on the house had so many soft spots/holes it was a little……

“The host was very kind & responsive. The actual facility was not so much. I am sure when it was 1st built (as pictured) it was amazing. The upkeep is lacking, the cleanliness was poor. We left a day early because we couldn't stay another night. ”

It was so perfect for each of us to have our own en-suite! The house was supplied well and provided everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the location! Close to everything we needed. “First checking in the room code wouldn't work. Called twice and couldn't reach anyone. Finally texted thru the app and got someone who gave me a new code. Then after grabbing food and coming back around 930 we wanted to turn on the TV for my toddler to wind down for bed. Wifi doesn't work to connect to the TV and it never did work out entire stay.
