“Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great.

“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing!
The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me!
The room was an awkward shape and a very poor layout.
The furniture looked really tired and the wardrobe had a handle missing, there was……

“Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. ”
