「Nice environment, nice staffs and nice breakfast!」

「The setting in such a quiet rural location but only minutes from Wadebridge and the cottage suited us perfectly for our purpose for being in the area. We had some queries about the property before arrival and found Sykes support lacking but the house keeper for the cottage was really helpful and was able to help us on 2 occasions with instant replies. What a difference a real person makes! The cottage was lovely and warm, very clean and organised with a new kitchen and appliances that were...

「We had a lovely stay. Could not fault a thing.」

「Loved it. The whole town was wonderful. Can’t wait to return, and surf here again.」

「Rooms were basic but reasonably well kept. Ideal location for walks, sightseeing. Pastries are a nice touch in the room.」

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

Since it was our first time there, it would have been really helpful to have clearer identification or a small map pointing to the exact...

「Overall the stay was great. Perfect location for the drive to many close beaches. The lodge was clean and comfortable perfect for a short break. The only thing we would recommend is the number of the lodge and campsite name be added to the booking information as we found it difficult to locate. Other than that thank you for a pleasant stay.」

「Simple and effective for our needs, bed was uncomfortable but appreciate that is personal preference. Clean and Tidy.」

「The property was in good order. All facilities. Although a little bit smaller than what it looked like. Suited my family. The worst thing about the stay was the WiFi/ Int ernet. It was appalling . It is advertised as internet being available but we were faced with a letter as soon as we arrived stating we would have to purchase it. Even though one of us purchased it it was very poor and she couldn't access it. Data was also very poor. So we couldn't use the wifi or data as poor connections...
