「Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself.」

「We are a family of 4 and 2 dogs. This place was brilliant. We could either walk or run into Rock and go on the beach, or have drinks/food and also access the costal path round to Polzeath so easy. After an active day, the hot tub was a real winner for everyone. We have one older dog so the garden was great for her, nice and flat, and as it's all one level apart from the bathroom, great for her to get around. 「Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again.」

「Property was perfect size for 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids, comfortable but totally lacking basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper, vinaiger) and a clothes drying rack that one would expect for a property that doesn't have a dryer (in England where it rains). Property manager was responsive and purchased rack. For the price we paid I'd expect A+ cleaning but microwave had crumbs and cobwebs in corners.」

「House is perfect for a family or group of friends ... plenty of room, incredibly well equipped with all modern conveniences but the charm of a proper beach house. The location of the cottage was fantastic for exploring an that Cornwall has to offer and the kids enjoyed getting the ferry over to Padstow, which we did on several occasions. 「After booking this house for a short winter break in December 2022 we really enjoyed our stay. Comm’s prior to our visit we’re clear and prompt with a small welcome pack with all the information you need for your arrival. 「We just returned from a week in this property and I cannot recommend it enough. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy with ample room (we were a family of four with a small dog). The views of the Daymer Bay are incredible and the beach is only a short walk away across a field and part of a golf course.」
