提供迎宾茶水，谢谢。房间干净。房间里有电视机是摆设，不能看，只能到大厅看电视或上网。有打印机但拒绝帮助打印。其实，为节约成本，打印费用可以明码标价。我独自出游六年，第一次碰到拒绝打印登机牌的。

Won't stay there again

We have booked for two nights. They first gave us a room still under renovation. We asked for another room but the lady at the reception (maybe the owner, not sure) simply said no other room available and ignored us. At night we talked to another guy who seemed to be another owner. He was more helpful and asked the lady we talked to earlier to come to our room with me, to see what my compliant was. I didn't understand why she needed to take a look of the room as surely she knew what the problem was. She finally agreed to change our room the next day. Without the request of the guy, this lady won't accommodate our needs at all. We didn't get any compensation for staying in such a unsatisfied for the first night. Secondly, two ladies at the reception (including the one mentioned above) were not really patient nor sincere. English is not our mother tongue and their accent was a bit strong that sometimes we might not be able to understand of what they said. In such case, we would try to clarify with them, and the lady would say something like "I have told you already. What's your problem?" Very bad services and impression. Can't understand why they could let their guests stay in such a room with a normal price. Why they didn't mention it in the booking? Also, there should be mini bar and free bottles of water as said in our booking. But we had nothing at all. Kinda cheating. For the first night, we had a dirty chair but no table, no hangers at all.

Poor service quality

The staff in the lobby of the hotel did not have a good attitude. 1. My English ability is not very good, the staff showed me impatience. 2. I booked a single room for 5 nights. The hotel asked me after the charge. I needed to stay in the other room type on the first night. I packed my luggage on the morning of the second day. I also asked for my own luggage when I changed the room. Handling. 3. Staff information is incorrectly transmitted, but does not apologize. On the afternoon before check-out, I explained to staff A that I had to go to Amman after the check-out on the next day. To get to know the information about the bus stop, staff A told me that the time was 1 hour earlier. I was waiting in the lobby at 5:50 am on the same day and preparing to check out. The staff member B 6 got up. I confirmed to staff B that it was 6 o'clock and there was a car that could take me to the bus station. Staff B perfunctorily said "yes" to me. When I was 6:15, I passed to staff B again. I confirmed to staff B again. Staff B told me that the traffic car only had 7 o'clock and At 8 o'clock, without the car at 6 o'clock, then she never bothered me. 4. I stayed for 5 nights. I never complained that the water was not enough to flush the toilet, and saved the local water resources without taking a shower. I only asked for a roll of toilet paper on the 5th night. I don't understand why they are treated like this.

Ruhig und tolle Aussicht

Das Valentine Inn ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um Petra zu besichtigen. Es ist sehr ruhig und am Hang gelegen, so dass man toll die Stadt und die Berge, in denen sich Petra befindet, vom Balkon aus sehen kann.

The room we stayed in was ñot very nive, the bathroom wasn't even a metre wide, the door was all cracked and wouldn't shut. The evening meal was really good and excellent value for money. There was one woman on reception who had to do everything, the other staff turned to her for everything.

W pokoju dwuosobowym warunki dobre ale łazienka bardzo ciasna i cieknący kran choć proszą,żeby oszczędzać wodę. Warto zamówić obiad o 19.00, kosztuje 7 JOD - duży wybór dań i wszystko bardzo smaczne. Wifi tylko w pomieszczeniu ogólnodostępnym ale za to bardzo dobry sygnał i kontakty do ładowania są w dużej ilości. Mają własny parking. Bus do Petry z hotelu.

Great location. 5-minute free shuttle to entrance to Petra. Located on the mountain. Great views awesome patio - always a breeze. Breakfast and dinner offered. Rooms are what you would expect for a budget traveller but adequate. AC costs 3JD more than quoted rates. We were okay with that. Great value. Well run. Very helpful. Highly recommend this one. Be sure and try the hummus!

事前払いしていたのに再度請求された。Expediaに確認の術がなく、結局日本にLINE電話をして確認してもらった。英語ができなければちょっと戸惑うかもしれない。エクスペディアにはこのようなことがないよう対応してもらいたい。ホテルは冷蔵庫が断線しているなど、改善点もあるが、食事がとても美味しく、ペトラ遺跡への送り迎えや有料ではあるがランチボックスを準備してくれるなど、安いわりにはおすすめである。くれぐれも現地払いが適当です。

Mala experiencia! NO recomendable

Nos quisieron cobrar porque decian que la pagina no les habia pagado! Al negarlos ya el trato fue diferente. No fueron amables, el desayuno muy caro y muy poco para lo que valia. Hasta el aire acondicionado te cobraban...y en la habitacion no hay wifi. Una experiencia HORRIBLE que arruino nuestros dos dias alli

Personalen var trevlig som gjorde en tidig incheckning. Vi övernattade inte och åkte tillbaka till Amman efter att ha besökt Petra. Rummet var trångt och hade utsikt till luftkonditionering från byggnad intill. Om man inte bryr sig om övernattning är det ok men inte värd för pengarna:(

Simple and practical hostel close to Petra.

The Valentine Inn is a super basic hotel for those wanting a place to stay before, after or during a visit to Petra. The hotel is simple and popular with backpackers, though there were families (ours included) and older couples too. Evening food was available at a good price with barbeque and Jordanian salads served in a buffet format. One of the staff also played some Oud and sang during the dinner time, which was nice. The rooms aren't huge, and there are not a lot of sockets in the rooms, but it was comfortable for the purpose, and inexpensive. We brought our own travel cot for our young child, assuming (correctly) that they didn't have one available. Hot water is only available between 0500-0800 and 1700-2000, so be prepared for a couple shower! Wifi only really availalbe in the common areas downstairs. Paying for the rooms is cash only, so be ready with money. Breakfast was a simple Jordanian style spread of bread, cheese, labneh, hummus and vegetables, with tea and coffee available. There is a shuttle at 0700 and 0800 to the entrance to Petra, with pick ups in the evening too (the walk is a couple of km). Overall, the stay was pleasant and hassle free, but this is a basic hotel/hostel to crash at relatively close to Petra.

Hôtel pour dormir une nuit pourrait faire l'affaire. En revanche l'ambiance est terne et nous avons eu le sentiment que le proprio et sa famille ne traitent pas correctement son personnel, apparemment philippins. Nous étions un peu gênés.

Great evening buffet

Food in the evenings was great lots of variety and quantity accompanied by Bedouin whiskey (tea). Good free shuttle down to Petra . Great place to meet and chat with other travellers.

Not a pleasant 2 night stay in late March

The room desperately needed refurbishment, there was mould on some areas of the walls, the tv was not working and it was cold. I asked a total of 3 times before I finally got some heat in the room only to find the electrical supply had been disconnected from the unit the next morning. There was no hot water at all during my 2 night stay. A women in the next room complained only to be told by an unapologetic manager to let the water run for 10 mins. This did not make any difference. The only positives are the comfort of the bed and the breakfast / dinner. I personally would not recommend staying here, at a push it would be for 1 night maximum and at a warmer time of year (not late March). From speaking with other fellow tourists there are nicer hotels to stay in the area at around the same price.

FREEEEEEEEEEZING COLD After an entire day in the desert we arrived to the Inn which had no heating and no hot water. We found out about it only after dinner and when we complained at the reception, they said that the heating is 3JD extra while the hot water is available only until 8pm which they forgot to inform us about at the arrival.

가장 좋았던것은 와디무사에서 페트라까지 편히갈수 있다 안좋은점을 말하자면 나는 3월에 숙박했는데 방이 엄청춥다. 난방시설을 쓰려면 5디나르를 추가적으로 내야한다. 그리고 샤워후에 물이 잘 빠지지 않는다.

Accueil très désagréable, mis à part l'un des réceptionnistes, des femmes exploitées au service du reste du personnel, chambres en très mauvais état, hyper bruyant, portes qui claquent et un musicien qui chantait et jouait faux nous cassait les oreilles chaque soir, aucun respect du besoin de calme.

Bien y sin lujos.

Un hotel bueno en general si no esperas lujos. Muy sencillo. La ducha tenía el agua caliente con muy buena presión (aunque recomiendo que sea corta por la falta de agua en Jordania). Lo mejor pagar por la cena. Por 7 dinares fue increíblemente buena. Transporte gratuito desde la parada de autobuses y a Petra para ir y volver.
