「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」

「We arrived at 3:00 AM after a long 13-hour trip with the kids. The reception staff member, named Omri, was fantastic to my family, especially at such an early hour. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. What a great person!」

「The hotel was wonderful, with a beutiful pool and rooms. The area is a little on its own. Im sure you can do great hikes but i didnt notice any orginized walking tours that would have been nice.」

「Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute. Very classy customer service for a lovely hotel! Yvonne & Henri Bensimon/」

「海法市區中CP高的飯店,剛好位在觀光區域的外圍一點點,不會太吵雜,但是吃飯與晚上遊玩GERMANY COLONY又很方便,附近太多餐廳酒吧,實在是個旅遊飯店好選擇」

「Beautifully designed, clean suites. Helpful and friendly owners.」

「Wonderful and affordable. Location is great, right near buses and funicular (also near lots of great restaurants and bars). Room was spacious, clean and had brand new furniture. Bathrooms and Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was available on-site behind a security gate. 」
