Soundview Beach House is a Long Island Sound waterfront home with direct private beach access and wide water views. The home offers three bedrooms, a large upstairs loft-style den, two full bathrooms, central air, and fast WiFi for comfortable year-round stays.
Guests can enjoy an expansive deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating, or step directly onto the beach with included kayaks and paddle boards. Vineyards, farm stands, and North Fork dining are a short drive away, making this an easy, relaxed base for families and small groups.
The Space:
This soundfront home sits directly on a private beach with wide water views and easy access to kayaks and paddleboards.
Main Level
Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a full bathroom. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a fireplace and flows out to a wraparound deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating.
Upper Level
A loft-style retreat with a king bed, sofa bed, full bathroom, and panoramic water views through floor-to-ceiling windows. This open layout is ideal for a couple wanting privacy or as a flexible overflow space.
Outside
Step off the deck onto your own private beach with no shared access. Kayaks and paddleboards are included. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day on the water.
The home sleeps up to 10 guests and includes central AC, heat, fast WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
