“Overall, the stay was positive and we enjoyed our time there. The space is small but very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are adequate for what we needed. The location itself is wonderful, located close to the beach and some places we needed to get to during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location, and would stay there again, however a few things could have been better. When we were there, the weather was very hot and humid. “Owners should install a digital code lock for the gate. We didn't arrive to the rental till evening and they had a tiny lock on the very bottom of the gate in which you could not see the numbers very well. It was a pain to go in and then come out to go somewhere. The rental unit itself is very cozy and nice. It's just the entering of the property is very difficult if you get there when the sun is down. Other than that everything else is great ”

“House looks just like the picture. 100 steps to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Good amount of hang out space. Perfect vacation getaway. AC works lovely, fans in all the rooms. Grill was nice and location was perfect.”

“ Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. ”

“Disappointed. The location advertised was not the location we ended up in. The ‘new’ address was not a Turtle Bay (where the rest of our party was located - 16 other people) and it was not five minutes away as described. The VRBO was VERY dirty and had cockroaches. We tried to trap them but they are fast. We ended up closing the door to the smaller bedroom to trap the cockroaches inside it and rolled a towel to place under the door so they couldn’t get out.
