When reception is closed, we can't borrow anything for cooking!!!!!!! Only 3 beds and a table in family room. We have to pay for coffee and tea... No shower gel and shampoo.... Room is very very dark. Only one light bulb insides the a whole family bedroom. Everything is bad!

风景美丽、实用的MOTEL
前台接待讲中文，很亲切。他服务周到、简洁明了、效率高。我一到就主动向我介绍了附近的餐厅、参观项目、路况。特别点赞！ 酒店的山景房景很好，落地窗感觉不错。如果天好的话，可以看到雪山。房间配置简单齐全。遗憾的是我们的房间在最边上，风景很好，但是WIFI信号不好，上网要到门口信号才好些。建议酒店加个路由器。 另外，淋浴水量不够。旅馆使用说明上说：热水是每个房间自用的热水器，用完后加热需要2-3小时。因看不到热水器有多大，不知有多少热水。所以不敢两人相继洗澡，怕不够用，到后来洗冷水澡。 酒店不在小镇中心，要开车出去吃饭。

As my wife injured her knee two days before arriving the Punga Grove, I asked the receptionist whether it was possible to re-assign a ground floor room for us. it was a negative reply at first. However, I believed the manager intervened and arranged a ground floor room for our two nights stay.

We arrived in a torrential rain storm and had not received our code for the key lockbox. We were able to use our Internet and received the code quickly. We never met the hosts or needed to communicate much with them. Due to the rain the track for the slider door was filled with water and leaking ...
