「Cute little cottage. Loved waking up to birdsong from the bush surrounding the stream.」

「Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area.」

「We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming home—it was everything it promised to be and more. The house was warm, cozy, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit.While we were initially surprised that the bathroom was located just off the main cottage, through a breezeway, it was well-heated and thoughtfully set up, so it didn’t pose any inconvenience at all. 「Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good). 」

「Lovely property and Nicky is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Tennis court is great place for kids to play on scooters. Easy walk to the beach. Property is fenced and at the end of a quiet street.」

「Prasad and his family are the most generous hosts we have had the good fortune to meet. Being unfamiliar with what is meant in NZ by “backyard sleep-out”, I was not expecting to need to go into the main house for a shower, to have no hot water, or to have no running water in the kitchenette. When it came time for us to leave at the end of our stay, we felt like part of the family because of the shared facilities, and a solution to our error regarding the dates of our stay.」
