"We picked this hotel for its location as we were doing the Whakarewarewa cultural tour which was right across the road from the hotel and also there is a mountain bike hire place right across the road so it was very convenient for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was great for dinner or a quick snack for lunch. Plenty of car parking and it was free. Would definitely stay there again"

"Great property,centrally located, very close to shopping,restaurants and centrally located. She was so kind and let us check in at noon.This helped so much since we drove from out of town. Great value,very comfortable unit. The beds were amazing. Kitchenette was so good to have. Laundry was pleasant surprise."

"The staff was wonderful. The room was lovely and the the bed very comfortable. We had difficulty with the heating, but the desk person came and showed us how to use it. So all was better. The bathroom was quite large.the bar/restaurant had a fun vibe and the lobby of the hotel made me want to just sit and relax. It was quiet, we did not hear our neighbors. It was centrally located. Only problem was parking."
