Great location close to all eateries and shopping

The condo was very comfortable and the VRBO company so easy and pleasant to work with. We loved our stay overlooking the golf course and proximity to eateries and shopping and only a couple blocks from great beaches.

Big Island Paradise

Super location. The beaches are superb. We've been here previously in Waikoloa, and we loved being where we were now, and could walk to everything. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Area

Absolutely loved the area! Beautiful grounds, walking distance to restaurants, shops & beach! The condo is spacious, clean & quiet, has a fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and a fabulous lanai overlooking the golf course! Yes, it’s dated and could use some painting & updating but that’s easy to overlook when you’re enjoying Hawaii life!

Disappointed about conditions

Carpets were filthy and need replacing. Refrigerator knocks when making ice, dishwasher door no springs. Interior Trim is peeling and damaged, needs replacing. Master TV has no data source, unable to use. Facilities and locations are excellent.

We loved this place! Very clean and quiet. There were two boogie boards, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a cooler. It needs more silverware and a new can opener.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very close to the pool and fitness center and we really took advantage of the close proximity to the shops and beach. We rarely needed our car. The unit was big enough for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful week in Hawaii

Excellent ground floor condo with two bedrooms that accommodated 4 (including 2 teens). Nice to be able to sit on the patio to enjoy the breeze and lovely sunsets. Kitchen equipped with standard pots/utensil was a benefit to make a couple of home cooked meals during the week. Everything worked (internet, AC, kitchen). Would return next week if we could!

A perfect end to our Hawaiian adventure

This was the last place we stayed and we could not have asked for anything more. The check-in process was simple and the condo was spotless when we arrived. It was much more spacious than I imagined with very high ceilings and lots of space in the open layout and master bed & bath. The area felt much more private & quiet than I expected for a golf course. We were only steps away from the beautiful, shared pool. The proximity to the restaurants, shopping, and grocery at both Kings & Queens shopping centers was perfect and, in fact, better than the options in Waikoloa Village. We also made full use of the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards while we explored the area beaches. Hapuna Beach was our favorite!

Great Location Condo

This condo is in a great location and the grounds and pool area are quite nice. The unit itself is adequate but a little dated. It is in need of a refresh. The air conditioning does not really cool the unit. The coolest the air conditioning cooled the unit was 79 degrees.

Not good compared to other condos in Hawaii

Lighting in the bedrooms and living room too dim for reading. Both bedrooms had stains in the carpeting. Carpet tacks in the 2nd bedroom pushing through. Only 3 coffee cups. Hair in the 2nd bathroom clogged the drain. TV needs better instructions - conflicting and confusing.

The Good, the Bad and and the Ugly...in reverse order...

THE UGLY....carpets were stained, worn and filthy; towels were stained and ratty; light switches were dirty; mould was growing under the glass of dining room table...to name a few things. THE BAD.....the WiFi was so slow we couldn’t even download a chapter of an audible book or really do anything; the air conditioner broke three times; the owners put tape over the warm and hot settings on the washer (so the sheets and towels are being washed in cold water); the lighting was woefully inadequate; the kitchen was not well stocked (for example, no scissors, limited numbers of mugs, dishes, etc); to name a few things. THE GOOD...Vacasa responded to our complaints as best they could, they got the WiFi upgraded, they brought in new towels, and gave us a very good interim clean. They got someone in to fix the A/C on a Sunday. We managed to get it operating the second time, but it broke again a day before we left (we were there a month). You CAN actually use warm or hot water to wash...just choose the taped over option. The location was excellent. The king bed was comfortable. There were beach towels, chairs, etc. Pool and hot tub area was nice.

Short stay for Lavaman

The location was perfect for us. Close walk to A Bay, restaurants and shops. Convenient for race weekend. The unit could use a little refresh but other than that no complaints. We enjoyed the welcome basket and had all the supplies we needed for our stay.

We love Fairway Villas. Have stated many times in the condo complex. This unit needs updating and really needs a touch of care. It is basically clean and safe. Near pool and fitness center. No blanket on master bed. Just a sheet and spread. No products to clean counters etc.kitchen adequately stocked except no large plastic glasses to take to the pool. A problem with wifi was quickly fixed by Vacasa. Vacasa is responsive. Owners need to care more.

Great location, value

This is a great little two bedroom place! It was clean and everything worked well. Fridge, icemaker water worked well. AC worked well (we only used it while sleeping). It has 5 beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel stuff and a small / med size cooler. No boogie boards or umbrellas. It could use another mid size teflon pan. I thought the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps were a nice touch. Overall a great experience!
