Hidden Gem off a busy main street very quiet and peaceful

Loved the location right in Waikoloa and close to shopping dining etc. Nice amenities. Great Wifi connection for anyone needing the internet during their stay. Very well appointed Condo with everything we needed for our stay, plus more!

Beautiful condo in Waikoloa

This condo was perfect for our stay with friends and family. Very clean and bright with lots of comfortable furniture and room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and a good selection of spices. It had all the beach supplies we needed from towels, chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. The great pool and hot tub are steps from the condo. Overall a perfect spot for us.

The place was great! Nice location, clean and loved the attention to detail, down to the nightlights. It makes a big difference. Everything we needed was there, plenty of towels, dish towels, cooking utensils, instructions for everything. I would definitely recommend and stay again if/when I'm back on Big Island.

Perfect For Our Family

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous villa on the big island. It was spacious, comfortable, and functional. We appreciated the comfortable beds and furniture as well as the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay, and there were plenty of towels and linens for the six of us. The location was incredible, and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Accessories for the beach were provided including chairs and umbrellas, which we also appreciated. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Quiet and comfortable

This spacious, well-appointed condo in a golf course adjacent gated complex made a good base for my teen-aged kids and me to explore the north and south Kohala areas by car. Too far to walk to the closest beach. The pools were closed for maintenance - which was disappointing. We only stayed 3 nights; for a longer stay, I might’ve chosen some place walkable to the beach.

Great location but property needs a little attention

We visit Waikaloa every Christmas break and always stay at the Colony Villas. We love the location! This property is good and needs a little bit of attention to make it great. First, the pros: Great beds, updated master bath, great location. Cons: there is something off with the plumbing. There is this awful noise emanating from the hall bathroom. We promptly reported it to Vacasa and they sent a lovely individual who advised us that there was nothing he could do because there is air in the pipe. The noise made it hard to sleep for some of us. Also, in the same bathroom, the bath tub was slow to drain which made it very annoying for folks using that bathroom.Finally, the dishwasher needs to be replaced because it does not do a good job cleaning and we had to run the same load multiple times.

Comfortable at Colony Villas

Condo was nice and clean but there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. We had to wait about 5 hours for them to bring extra supplies. The toilet was also making a high pitched whistling which we had to wait for two days to get fixed because there is no maintenance on the weekend. Luckily, we had ear plugs but it was pretty annoying.

LOVED OUR STAY!

PERFECT FOR A FAMILY! We visited the island for the first time and absolutely LOVED the airbnb. It was located next door to the Hilton! We walked there every morning and was able to use the amenities with a day pool pass. The airbnb was extremely clean and you can tell they are starting to renovate it to be modern.

Perfect sized condo for a family vacation! Comfortable, clean and updated. Not ocean front ( nor ocean view) but walking distance to beach and shopping ( including grocery shopping and restaurants) . Will definitely recommend to others! Mahalo!
