This is a great property whether for a family or just a couple. Bring close to the pool area makes it particularly nice.

Beautiful condo in a well maintained and close to the beach condo complex. To address some negative reviews: - air-conditioning works and works well, we were never uncomfortable in the condo - no bugs in the condo, make sure you keep the door closed to prevent those getting in - kitchen is well stocked to prepare and eat simple meals or have a take out dinner; great grill!!!! Outside sink is a nice feature. Clean and sufficient utensils and plates. -it is well and professionally cleaned, spotless - full stock of beach essentials in the closet - has all imaginable necessities for comfortable stay including extra pillows, blankets, an ironing board, even a pack and play - beds in the second bedroom are short and do wobble; fine for kids to sleep on, but i wouldn't count on an adult sleeping there; they do have a pull out couch, but we did not test it -nice bathrooms, both with double sinks, one with walk in shower and soaking tub, second with bath/shower -hard surface floor through out -I would suggest putting blinds over the living room sliding door/window and over the window by the entry door; I can clearly see how some people would be quite uncomfortable due to lack of privacy. Great experience overall, will return!
