Great villa!

Party of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Unit seemed brand new and supplies and amenities were great! Seamless check in/out process. Great location.

The break we needed

My husband and i were traveling for work and looking for the perfect spot for our family to relax between work days, and this was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and close to the pool, and we had a great experience with Resortica.

Immaculate

Beautiful condo, very large and very good location in Waikoloa Resort. Pool is awesome, lots of extra blankets for the freezing A/C, great washer and dryer. Our only qualm is there were rules about noise in and out of the condo and being too loud or wild in the pool. Good rules for a community with many retirees, but hard to follow withy 5 and 7 year old boys. Awesome place and decent price.

Great newly renovated unit. Great for families

Fantastic location! Private corner spot with a short walk to the great pool and fitness center. The Unit was impeccably clean with very comfortable and modern furnishings.
