Our stay at the Hilton tower was convenient! We were on the ground level which was great ! My grand daughter was able to step outside, run around and doing cartwheels! We could see her the whole time! Spent most of our time in the pool , by the big slide! Another Grandparents, Grand daughter’s time together! Was not informed that tram was unavailable during our stay, necessitating a mile walk from parking lot to check in and room throughout our stay. Check in service was below average, took over an hour (only 5 groups waiting to check in) as half the staff available was trying to push the time shares rather than checking in travelers. Very clean property, friendly staff and accommodating, exceptional sites and amenities on property for entertainment.

Beautiful resort. Great location. Both the tram and the boats (which haven't ran in years) were not operating for 90% of our stay due to a recent tram accident. (We were told by the VRBO host that the boats were running. ??) Thankfully we are very capable of walking long distances without any issues. But this may not be the case for everyone. The Ocean Tower is a good hike from the main lobby. The room was great. Quiet. Minimum interaction with the staff. Check-in was easy. Parking is very pendy.

Our stay at the Ocean Tower was very relaxing. We had a room on the 8th floor overlooking the golf course. The room was very quiet. We were able to take wonderful excursions into the surrounding area and spend the afternoons by the pool again.
