The bedroom features custom rosewood furniture, soft linens, and a single bed for a restful night’s sleep.

This complex is very quiet and one of Waikoloa's most popular condo complexes. Waikoloa Villas is about a 15-minute walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. Great beaches within a 20-minute drive include A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay), Hapuna, Spencer Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea Beach. Take the beach towels, chairs, and rolling cooler.

Pet Policy

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found in the home, it must be removed immediately and will result in a non-refundable $1,000 fee.

Booking Policy

Please be aware that a 1-day gap between bookings is required. Reservations can only be made for dates that are at least one day after a previous departure and one day before the next arrival. Back-to-back bookings are not allowed.
