"Arrived to hotel no carpark to unload luggage due to roadworks, so double parked.
Also no paid hotel car parking available either.
Once inside my Mother who was having difficulty carrying her luggage asked for directions to our room and the staff didn’t even offer to help her with her bags to our room whilst I was trying to find a park. She was clearly struggling.
Woke the next morning at 7:30am to banging above the room, so called reception apparently new carpet was being laid. Something the hotel didn’t inform me at check in or was it mentioned on Expedia. The banging continued even after I complained. So decided to check out earlier than expected due to the banging of the hammer.
Poor communication and service. Beds were comfy though! "
