The location and surroundings are nice, being next to the Botanic Gardens is lovely. The bed was comfy but the room and breakfast is basic. Both mornings breakfast was cold and not replenished and plates came back dirty. Parking was easy and convenient.

Absolutely loved this stay. What started as a stressful day with flight cancellations turned into a happy surprise thanks to this hotel, and the team were so polite, friendly and genuinely welcoming. The room was huge and spacious, with a super comfortable bed and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere – everything worked perfectly, which made it really easy to relax. The gardens are gorgeous and beautifully kept, adding a lovely, calm vibe every time you step outside. Breakfast was included in my room rate and it was fantastic – hearty options, really tasty and such good value that it felt like a little bonus treat to start the day. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dunedin.
