When in Hawaii you expect some bugs but we encountered quite a few more sugar ants than any of our 4 previous visits to Hawaii. The bathrooms were not as clean as we expected, thus the lower rating for cleanliness. We likely won't stay in Princeville again but I would not hesitate to rent another property from Gigi if the opportunity...
