「The views are spectacular! We saw whales every day. Note, there is no air conditioning but the fans and ocean breezes gave adequate and comfortable air flow. Sweet hike although challenging after a rainfall just steps from our condo to a beautiful secluded beach. Yes, this property is a little dated but we loved every second of our stay here. The day bed surrounded with views of the ocean by day and stars by night was an extra treat for us! “We shared more from our stay at @AgeFullAdventures」

The kitchen was well equipped (even a bbq that we used a few times to grill local fish) and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and a surf board for us to use. 「It is a beautiful place and decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen was very impressively equipped with great utensils and appliances. We had to put a pillow on each side of the step as you enter with an open space to go to the main level as all three of us fell one time. I was mildly irritated that the owner would not opt for a Blue Ray DVD player we had asked for and we had to haul one to and from in our luggage. "Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."

However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food.
