"She is a great host. Communication was great. The location is perfect for many reasons. While it is not literally beachfront it is a 30second walk on a paved path to the shore.. the walking path is such a nice touch. The location places you in the middle so it is easy to go north for the day or south for the day or stay at the east beaches and many local shopping centers near. The condo is comfortable for 2 or 4 people. The resident rooster is friendly and the yard has beautiful flower trees. All the neighbors were friendly and quiet for the most part. "

"We had a great time during our stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach. The property and amenities were all great. Loved the location right on the beach, along the Kapaa boardwalk with walkable access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The location was perfect for traveling easily to activities and sight seeing in both the North and Southern parts of the island."

"Our top 3 criteria are: ocean front, AC in the bedroom, and reasonable price. This place hit all three which is why we chose it and we were not disappointed! First floor, close to parking lot, several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Very quiet. If you’ve never been to Kauai, be sure to bring ear plugs - the roosters are all over the island and they crow all day long. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This place is amazing. The view could not be better! You see the view looking outside and it's reflected in the mirrors. The unit was so beautifully decorated and so clean and well appointed with everything you could need. We will definitely be back. I cried when we left!"
